Sessions are held outside in naturally engaging environments. 

Locations include: 

-Playgrounds: Robert F. Clement Park

-Trail heads: Morrison Park

-Lakes: Chatfield State Park

Skilled Physical Therapy

Every physical therapy session is highly-skilled, evidence based and individualized to the patient.

We utilize the current best practices in a fun, engaging environment.

Activity-Based Physical Therapy

Sessions are focused on activities that are specific to the individuals goals and the location. Activities can include:

-Navigating uneven terrain

-Climbing up/down stairs

-Improving balance

Physical therapy on paddle boards this summer!

 

Paddle boarding provides a dynamic setting to challenge balance, core strength, and coordination in a fun and motivating way.
